Our Uconnect4 Alpine/HK T-harness with Active Noise Cancellation, or ANC, built in will not just allow you to add an aftermarket subwoofer to you factory ram or jeep system but it will also bypass the ANC in your vehicle.
ANC is designed to pick up on low frequency road noise and cancels out any undesirable sounds, making your drive a quieter and smoother ride. The ANC in your vehicle can become a major headache when adding aftermarket equipment, such as subwoofers or speakers. The ANC microphones will send feedback from the aftermarket subs through the speakers, making an odd sound or random "pops" that come and go, distorting your music.
