When dealing with various vehicle connectors, it's crucial to select the correct one to achieve a seamless plug-and-play experience. To confirm compatibility, measure your vehicle's screen angle (bottom left to top right). This harness is compatible with vehicles with an 8" screen. In specific vehicles like Colorado's, Canyons, and certain crossovers, you will need to check for the correct connector on the module located behind the screen.
Need to know information before installation and ordering:
- Verify the connector in the vehicle. This is a FINAL SALE item, it can not be exchanged.
- The harness will offer the voltage the vehicle is outputting which will be about 10v. If your amp can not handle that input voltage you will need to use a processor or DSP with your harness.
- Verify there is no Bose amp or factory amp in the vehicle. The vehicle will still have these connectors if there is an amp however they will NOT have any audio wiring. This harness will not work in the amplified system.
- The harness does not offer remote turn-on. This is extended from an LOC/Processor or an ART can be utilized. Please note: the ART option can be added to your order but it will NOT be wired to the harness.
